At Sai Palace Lodge, we aim to provide a seamless and pleasant experience for our guests. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms applicable to booking cancellations and refunds. By confirming a reservation with us, you agree to these terms.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your reservation, we request you to inform us at the earliest. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the check-in date will be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation. The amount will be refunded through the original mode of payment used during booking. Please note that any transaction or processing fees are non-refundable.

Non-Refundable Reservations

Certain promotional or special-rate bookings may be labeled as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be issued, regardless of the timing of the cancellation. Kindly check the terms of your reservation prior to finalizing the booking.

Changes to Reservations

Requests to modify your reservation, such as date changes or guest details, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
